• · Bed maintenance: Weeding, pruning etc.

• Fall Clean-Ups.
• Yard waste Disposal (if needed)
• · Snow plowing services which cover the entire season up to 40” of snow or 10 services.

· 12 monthly equal payments or get a 5% discount when you pre-pay the season in advance.

- Spring and fall clean ups are billed hourly

- Lawn mowing is billed monthly April -- October

- Bed maintenance (weeding, pruning, etc. is billed hourly

- Mulch is per cubic yard plus man-hours to deliver and install

- Dump fees are per cubic yard. Most grass is mowed with a recycling type mower to reduce lawn waste. Pool areas etc. are bagged. Leaves and garden debris can be removed from your property for a fee or dumped on site.

- The contract has many optional services you can check off if you wish but the minimum service is spring clean up, monthly mowing, and fall clean ups.
