 While many small projects can be done with “on site design” we suggest the process below for larger more comprehensive projects:

• Prior to our initial meeting please fully review our web site’s photo galleries and information to make our meeting most productive! Upon meeting we will walk your grounds together and discuss your wants and needs for your landscape project. We will then quote the design fees involved as well as discuss some rough budget numbers. It is very helpful to have a copy of your property survey, any relevant construction plans or previous landscape designs, and magazine clippings or web print outs of landscapes you find pleasing or envision for your project. We will explain the use of a letter of intent while in the design phase to ensure your place on our production schedule. We will also provide you with a copy of our policies and limited warranty.

Our Design Process

1. Once we are commissioned we begin with a site analysis and then will develop a concept plan based on your input along with a concept budget. 
2. We will then meet again for a full face to face explanation of the concept design and budget. 
3. We then take your input one more time before the final budget and plan are completed. 
4. At our final design meeting we review the completed design and budget. 
5. Once everything is approved we finalize any details along with start and completion dates. 
6. We then begin your project that is owner/designer supervised to ensure the very best results for you!
