During our consultation, we will walk your property together, discuss your ideas, priorities, and budget, and evaluate the opportunities and challenges unique to your site. We will also explain our design process, provide an estimate for any applicable design fees, and discuss preliminary construction budget ranges.

Helpful items to have available include:

We will also explain our Letter of Intent, which allows us to reserve your place in our production schedule while the design is being completed, and review our company policies and warranty information.

Every project begins with a detailed site analysis and a discussion of your goals, priorities, and budget. This information becomes the foundation of your custom landscape plan.

Using the information gathered during our consultation, we prepare a conceptual landscape design along with a preliminary construction budget.

We meet with you to review the concept plan in detail, discuss design ideas, answer questions, and make adjustments based on your feedback.

After incorporating your comments, we complete the final landscape design and prepare a detailed construction proposal for your review.

Once the design and proposal are approved, we finalize project details, scheduling, and anticipated construction dates to ensure a smooth and organized installation.

Your project is installed by Regency Landscape's experienced team under owner/designer supervision to ensure the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that have defined our company since 1986.
