Prior to founding Regency Landscape in 1986, Tony Catanzaro grew up working in his family's nursery business and alongside his father and grandfather, an old-world Italian mason. Those early experiences, beginning more than 50 years ago, instilled a deep appreciation for horticulture, craftsmanship, and the value of doing things right.

As owner and lead designer, Tony works closely with clients to understand their property, lifestyle, and long-term goals before developing thoughtful, practical landscape solutions. His experience in landscape design, construction, drainage, horticulture, irrigation, lighting, and long-term landscape management allows him to view every project as a complete outdoor environment rather than a collection of individual features.

Working alongside Regency's experienced leadership team, Tony helps ensure every project reflects the quality, professionalism, and long-term value that have defined Regency Landscape since 1986.

Erin joined Regency Landscape in 2025 and serves as the central point of coordination for our office operations and client communication. She manages scheduling, proposals, invoicing, customer service, and administrative support, helping ensure every project runs smoothly from the initial consultation through completion.

Working closely with our clients and leadership team, Erin keeps projects organized, communicates important updates, and helps coordinate the many details that go into providing exceptional service. Her commitment to organization, responsiveness, and continuous improvement helps create a seamless experience for every client.

Efrain has been an important member of the Regency Landscape team since 2014. As our Design/Build Foreman, he oversees the construction of patios, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, drainage systems, planting projects, and complete landscape transformations, ensuring every installation meets Regency's high standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Working closely with Tony throughout the construction process, Efrain brings landscape designs to life with exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership, and years of hands-on experience. His ability to coordinate crews, solve challenges in the field, and maintain a clean, organized jobsite helps every project progress efficiently and professionally.

Raj joined Regency Landscape in 2016 and plays a critical role in keeping every aspect of our operation running efficiently. He oversees fleet maintenance, equipment management, purchasing, shop organization, and the coordination of materials needed to support our crews in the field. His planning and preparation help ensure our projects start on time and continue moving forward without unnecessary delays.

In addition to managing our fleet and facilities, Raj coordinates irrigation and landscape lighting service work while working closely with our leadership team to improve efficiency throughout the company. From maintaining trucks and equipment to sourcing quality materials and preparing jobsites, his attention to detail helps provide the dependable service our clients expect.

Although much of Raj's work takes place behind the scenes, his impact is seen on every project. Clients benefit from well-maintained equipment, organized operations, and a team that arrives prepared to work safely, efficiently, and professionally. His dedication to continuous improvement is an important part of The Regency Way.

Raj will also does service calls, bringing the same attention to detail and reliability that he’s known for across our company.

Roger has been an integral part of Regency Landscape since 1999. With more than 27 years of experience serving our clients, he oversees our Landscape Management division, helping ensure every property receives the consistent attention and professional care Regency is known for.

Roger works closely with our maintenance teams, conducts property inspections, identifies opportunities to improve clients' landscapes, and helps coordinate seasonal services throughout the year. His extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance, plant health, irrigation, and property care allows him to proactively identify issues before they become costly problems.

Clients appreciate Roger's friendly personality, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to protecting the beauty and value of their properties. 

Gilberth first joined Regency Landscape in 1996, spending nearly a decade building high-quality landscape and hardscape projects before pursuing other opportunities. In 2025, he returned to Regency, bringing with him decades of additional field experience and leadership.

Today, Gilberth leads our Enhancement Division, overseeing landscape renovations, planting projects, drainage improvements, irrigation installations, lighting, and hardscape enhancements. His hands-on experience, craftsmanship, and attention to detail help ensure every project is completed to Regency's high standards.
