With his lifelong connection to the industry, education and continued professional development he has the experience, knowledge and solutions for your landscape!

Tony handles all design/build sales, design/planning and project management. In addition Tony oversees all of Regency's operations to ensure the best in service and quality.

 Efrain has been with Regency Landscape since 2014 and leads our construction team. Working alongside Tony for all those years Efrain has become an experienced and capable team leader for our design/build projects crew. He has been involved in building high-end projects with his crew including patios, walls, grading, and drainage improvements. Efrain focuses on quality craftsmanship, safe and organized job sites, and clear communication while your project is underway.

 

 Raj DooKoo has been a key part of Regency Landscape since 2016 and plays a major role in keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. As our Equipment & Purchasing Manager, Raj helps ensure our trucks, trailers, and equipment are ready to go so we can deliver the best, most timely service to our clients.    

In addition to managing equipment, maintenance and procurement, Raj is heavily involved in equipment purchasing and material ordering for many of our installation projects, helping our crews stay efficient and on schedule. 

Raj will also does irrigation and landscape lighting service calls, bringing the same attention to detail and reliability that he’s known for across our company.

 Roger has been with the company since 2005! Roger’s new role will be managing our Millington and Clinton lawn crews. He will be your point of contact for all your lawn maintenance needs. Roger will also manage all clean-ups, pruning, mulching, and weed controls that take place as part of your service plan. Roger’s crews are often the ones you see on site regularly, keeping your property looking sharp. 

 Gilberth brings many decades of experience in the building, tree, and landscape industry. A former Regency employee from 1995-2016 he has recently re-joined the team! Bringing back his deep field knowledge and strong work ethic. He spent the past 20 years in Alabama working in the tree service industry for 12 years and the Remodeling/roofing industry for 8 years. He leads our enhancement crew, handling, pruning, mulching, lawn repairs, drainage repairs, fencing projects plantings, paver repairs, and curb-appeal projects, with a sharp eye for detail and
