Regency Landscape is seeking an ambitious Landscape Management, Horticulture, or Landscape Design graduate to join our growing management team. This is an entry-level career opportunity where you'll work directly with our owner and experienced leaders while learning landscape sales, design, estimating, project coordination, production support, and customer care.

You'll receive hands-on training using industry-leading technology including Dynascape Creator, LMN and digital estimating, while building the skills needed to grow into a future Sales & Project Manager.

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Management, Horticulture, Landscape Design, or related field preferred 
• Landscape industry experience is a plus 
• Strong communication and organizational skills 
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn 
• Valid driver's license 

Starting Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually, based on education, experience, and qualifications, plus performance-based bonus opportunities, paid vacation, paid holidays, and continuing education.

• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, compact equipment, or installing pavers, retaining walls, drainage, or planting is a plus 
• Ability to work safely and as part of a professional team 

Starting Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications, plus paid holidays, paid vacation, performance-based bonus opportunities, uniforms, continuing education, and opportunities for advancement.
